- Self Attested copy of Birth Certificate
- Self Attested copy of Residence Proof :
- Ration Card
- Voter I-Card
- Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill
- Aadhaar card/UID
- One passport size photograph each of the Child and the Parents
- Complete academic transcripts of the previous two classes attended by the student, except for admission to Pre-School (Nursery).
